Tomorrow is the big day. I will officially be 35. And I'm not quite sure how I feel about that. Yes, I love birthdays and have never really connected my age to what I do the rest of the year. But I feel somewhat differently about my age this year. Almost like I am on a diving board and instead of doing a simple dive, I am going to do a backflip instead. Much cooler, don't you think? I feel like this is my year to really become the person I want to be. And be awesome at it. Truly, it scares me a little because it's not easy to step outside of my box. But I determined to be my best self from here on out - and that means stepping way out of my box and throwing it away. So here's to turning 35!
