The day after Thanksgiving, we took the kids to a new-to-us park in town. Technically, this would not count as a park to any child. There is no playground equipment - just park benches, a river and a walking/biking trail. Luckily, we thought to bring the kid's scooters along and except for the creepy man who who randomly came out of the woods, I'd say we found a great place to let them roll their wheels.
Christmas is slowly making its way into our little brick rental home. A handful of projects are in the works as I am taking a slower and more thoughtful approach to this special holiday. We are planning to get our live tree this weekend and I can't wait to have the smell of it fill our home.
