Learning the alphabet can be such an exciting thing to toddlers. Learning the letters in their own name seems to be even more exciting. I know that Nonee will point out the letter N whenever he sees it on public signs or television shows. He's gaga for that letter. But X, Y & Z just won't do. So I thought it would be fun to make button letters with Tate, Nonee & their two besties. They had the best time placing buttons over clear adhesive strips, which reflected just enough light so they knew where the buttons were to be placed.
They were so proud of their button letters. And I was all too happy to help since it seemed everyone was getting a bit restless and needed something crafty to keep them busy. I love simple crafts that involve little clean up.
