my favorite place

The Mr. & I carved some time out of our previous weekend to spend time in the Washington DC Temple.  This visit was much needed as I have been stressed about a handful of things.  I needed to clear my mind.  I needed some answers to prayers.  I am so grateful for the Lord, who knows my thoughts and is aware of my concerns.  I am so grateful that He answers my prayers in quiet moments.  This little trip to my favorite place was just what I needed.  The temple was especially lovely as we were leaving.  The sky was pink just as the sun was setting.  It was breathtaking.



It's officially the weekend.  I am pleased as punch because it means we'll be spending time with extended family to see our new nephew be blessed.
